Rickshaw Rambo

Well as some people know, I resently bought a small group of imperialguard from rambo.
It was well past I think the time was 2 months from after I paid, to when I got them.
I opened a dispute with paypal, and only then did he actually respond to my emails. Then he disapeared again.
I escalated the dispute to a claim, and didnt hear back from him.
Well about 3 days after I escalate to a claim, I get the package.
So I am about to drop the claim when I deside to look in it.
Almost EVERYTHING arived broken..
I ordered
60 guardsmen
a unbuilt chimera
12 heavy weapons teams
and a commander

Only a very few of the guardsment are intact, most are broken, or missing a base (A lot of them both), and he also told me he striped everything down, but most of them have sub-par paint jobs on them, witch is only a minor problem.
The chimera to my knowledge is full intact, cause most is on sprue.
EVERY single heavy weapons teams were broken..
The commander I still havent found yet..

I am not sure what to do here.
I just want to get my money back, cause rickshaw told me everything was intact and that he would pack them securly, but there was nothing that was preventing the minis from just flying around when the package was moved. Witch lead to a lot of them getting broken, inless they were already broke (Witch I am sure atlest one mini was cause I can not find the blade that broken off ANYWHERE in the box).

So what should I do here guys?
I know rick is a nice guy, and he is going though some trobles, but he doesnt answer any of my messages or emails, but did have time to email paypal, witch confuses me.

I am not trying to bash him, or ruin his reputation, but I think I am intitled to my money back (As long as I ship the package back to him) if they get here broken..

Thats what I want to do, But as anyone who has messages rambo knows his inbox is full, and he isnt responding to any of my emails.

Okay, forget emails, enclose a letter, send it back insured and send the pics to paypal.

That sounds like a good idea,
I already emailed paypal, Now I just need to wait till they respond.
So I should write rickshaw a letter saying I am getting my money back, enclose it in the package, the send it back?

Paypal said that since he actually shiped it, they cannot issue me a refund. Cause there terms "Only cover the actual shipping of the item, not the condition it arives in"

So what do I do now

talk to rick he was on the chat earlier today, he said he is trying to make his deals right.

Since he hasn't responded to me for the past two months (no excuse possible for that), I have reported him to USPIS for mail fraud.
