getting error "Sorry, you do not have permission to access this page." when attempting to access some of the forum posts, including the "Read this 1st" post...

Just 2 suggestions- Is there a way to have an option in the trading threads for differet locations like u.s.a England etc because I live in england and i have trouble looking for trades in england. Maybe something you could select and it would come up with all the threads from that country.
Another thing is that will the avatar thing return with the space marines and equipment?
