Forge World Group buy- AUG 6th cut-off

I am looking at making a large purchase from Forge World within the next week/ weekend and a half. I like the 3 day turn around for the free shipping (instead of the 4-6 weeks) but really don’t want to shell out about $390 to get it. So I am opening up for any one that also wanted to make a purchase but does not want to wait.

Here is how I would make this happen.

1) Straight Buy
PM me a list with items wanted and prices. I will send you my PayPal info and money can be sent. Over $25 I will need the money before I order. As an added bonus I will pay for shipping to you out of the money you sent to me to pay for the models (a small discount for helping me).



2) Trade
Is there a Forge World model (or 2) you have wanted but don’t have the money? PM an offer for a trade. I play a Red Scorpions marine army and currently building an Elysian Drop Troop army (hence the Forge World order). PM me for a list of what I current need if this is the option you would like to use. I would prefer new models but am open to multiple used/painted models. For this option shipping will need to be paid by the trader.


I have narrowed my purchase down to what I need/want (about $200). So if we are close to free shipping I’m sure I could find something else to buy to make the free shipping. If for some reason we don’t make the $390, I will still make the order but we will just have to wait a few weeks.

With the items I plan on getting the total is £148.

This means we need £102 to make the goal of £250 for free (and quick) shipping.

With 2 other people added the goal has been met and I'm still waiting to hear back from one other person. This is still open for more people to order. If I don't here from anyone new next week I might push the order day up so we can all get our crack..urrr, order sooner.

So the timeline looks to be as follows:

Money to me by paypal no later than Friday (6th). Will place order either Friday night or Sat (7th).

If the shipping works like the last 2 orders I placed, the box should be at my house that following Mon/Tue (9-10th) and I will have the boxes pre-set up and should be able to get them out no later than the next morning.

2-4 days from then you should have items ordered in hand. This looks to be around the 11-12th of Aug.

Here is the latest:

Currently around the $500 mark for the order, with most people paid up. As of now the timeline is still the same, but if I don't here from anyone new by next Weds (Aug 4th) and everyone has paid up I might order that night or Thurs morning.

So if you are thinking about ordering but not sure on funds, PM me. I will hold off and stick to the timeline to give max time.

What this means to those that have bought and those thinking about joining the fun is that the published time line is the one being followed.

I will make the order Friday night (if all payments are in) or Saturday morning and go from there.

With the lack of notification of intent to buy and an increased itch for the resin ‘crack’, the order was placed last night (US Central time). The next update will be when the order arrives.

The breaking up will include checking each bag to ensure all the parts are included before I ship to the owner.

For everyone else, I might do this every few months for anybody/group that wants to order stuff and recieve it in about a quarter of the shipping time (order placed AUG 6th and buyers should have order on AUG 13th). The terms would change as I do not want to pay $50+ in shipping every time I do this, but I do not see a reason to do this in such a way that I am making money.
